You can tell they really care about maintaining a high standard. Patty, the manager, is absolutely wonderful — so kind, helpful, and attentive. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Recently, I moved back up here to Maine. After settling in, I realized I needed a small storage unit to put my empty storage containers. I googled Storage places and decided to give Maine Coast Storage a try. I called to inquire about any available for units, and I spoke to the Manager Tammy who was very pleasant. Tammy answered any and all of my questions and she was very helpful in making my decision to aquire a storage unit. ~ Kathy M

Things have been great so far. I “moved in today”…… so I have technically signed up, payed checked my unit, communicated with management (in case I had problems)….. locked it up and will start my real move in to my 10x20 later in the week. Really new units in a better location than my 10x10 at another place. And the price is great. $185 for a 10x20 vs $130 for a 10x10 at my old, less easy place. ~ Douglas K

I have never seen more personable and efficient service at a storage facility before. We have now rented multiple units and parking spaces. Every step of the way has been positive in working with Linda who is as friendly and pleasant as it gets! Units are super clean and in perfect working order. This place has been amazing. You have total access to your unit no matter what time of the day it is. It’s gated so there’s some extra protection so you don’t have to worry at all about your stuff.
