I'm a frugal guy, and I wasn't excited about having to use a storage unit, since I have a garage and a basement. But my eBay inventory has taken over everything, so I had to bite the bullet and get some more space. Despite my reluctance, my experience with Maine Coast Storage has been surprisingly great. The facility is new, clean, very well lit, and my door worked perfectly. The introductory specials that they run made the price much easier to deal with. Patty (maybe the owner?) was really great to work with. I still hope that I won't need storage space again in the future, but if I do need it, I will not hesitate to go back to Maine Coast Storage! ~ Steve S

No BS.. When I got to town from out of state I was scrambling to find storge amid a tough personal time and then I found Maine Coast at the top of Saco right off the main route up the coast. The woman was so pleasant and so helpful.. she did everything she could for me then and going forward. She made all the difference in a stressful time. She will be the one taking your call too :-) Top notch clean and new facilities, indoor and out, great location, VERY secure facilities with gates and new-age passcode system. Maine Coast Storage- Saco is hands-down the best storage experience we have ever had. Patti has gone above and beyond to assist us with our needs as our storage demands change and grow. She is professional, communicative, and beyond helpful! We're in the middle of building a new home, which is already stressful enough, but their spotless, well-managed storage units have made the transition so much smoother than we ever expected. Every detail, from the friendly service and constant updates to the unbelievably convenient location — has been perfect. This place has exceptional customer service! I rented 5x10 storage unit on a Friday, realized on Saturday that it was going to be too small, so I called to see if I could get a larger one. I was told they were closed but would take a message, which wasn't a problem, everyone deserves days off. Within 10 minutes Patty called me back and set me up with a larger unit so I could keep moving my stuff. Having somewhere locally owned is great, especially when they understand and accommodate the needs of their customers. Plus the units are new and clean! I highly recommend this company! ~ Nicole C

This place has been amazing. You have total access to your unit no matter what time of the day it is. It’s gated so there’s some extra protection so you don’t have to worry at all about your stuff. The people are friendly and helpful and there’s somebody there during the day all the time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I’m here. I’ve had this for quite some time now and it’s so easy to access at anytime you want. There are multiple sizes of units and they’ll have one for whatever your need is. If i ever needed another unit i would do it all over again right here. ~ Shawn Y

Spectacular !!!!!! We needed a unit fast. We were clearing out items from Pine Point quickly for a real estate closing. We signed up online. Linda and Patty were great. They gave us procedures in case we needed to extend. The units are brand new, drive-up- accessible, and available 24/7 with your own personal code. I really like the remote notification since I will be giving access to two other people. If you need storage, just sign up now. This is THE PLACE! ~ Kate G

The process of securing a storage unit was very efficient, and the facility is clean. We chose a climate-controlled unit for our needs, and we very much appreciate having a sliding door access. Thoughtful add-ons include trolleys to transport items, step stools that allow better access to top units, a bathroom on-site, and a friendly, helpful manager on-site as well. We also appreciate keypad entry AND exit, as well as several security cameras for extra safety. Definitely recommend! ~ Sherri G

Recently, I moved back up here to Maine. After settling in, I realized I needed a small storage unit to put my empty storage containers. I googled Storage places and decided to give Maine Coast Storage a try. I called to inquire about any available for units, and I spoke to the Manager Tammy who was very pleasant. This facility is super easy to get in and out, nice wide parking spaces perfect for RV’s, clean and extremely professional. Patti is amazing and even set a unit aside for me when I first inquired until I confirmed the booking a few days later because it was the last one of the size I wanted. I searched around extensively and this company has everything I was looking for coming from a national chain who doubled their rent on me suddenly. I have never seen more personable and efficient service at a storage facility before. We have now rented multiple units and parking spaces. Things have been great so far. I “moved in today”…… so I have technically signed up, payed checked my unit, communicated with management (in case I had problems)….. locked it up and will start my real move in to my 10x20 later in the week. Really new units in a better location than my 10x10 at another place. And the price is great. $185 for a 10x20 vs $130 for a 10x10 at my old, less easy place. ~ Douglas K

My parents have a storage unit with them as well so after our 4 day move they allowed us to park our moving truck in front of their unit so that way we could load our own unit the next day! Easy sign up online. Very clean facilities. We appreciated the motion detection system which alerts you to anyone at your unit. Be sure to be more organized than us in communicating your departure as we ended up paying for several weeks post departure. ~ Suzanne R
